would a 430watt power suppy be able to power a GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB WTF

this is my power supply specs.. THERMALTAKE TR2 430W

DC OUTPUT +3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 -12V +5VSB.

OUTPUT CURRENT 22A 18A 18A 17A 0.3A 2.5A.

and my video card needs 20 amps on a +12v volt rail.

It can't deliver 430 watts and it is actually only a 350 watt unit. Consider this one instead http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=EV-500WBRZ&c=CJ
