As I am building a gaming and editing PC I have come across the problem of finding a motherboard. My price range for the motherboard is around $100. Here is my build so far.

CPU: AMD FX-8370
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (2x4GB)
Storage: WD Green 2 TB
GPU: XFX Radeon 280X 3 GB black edition double dissipation
Case: Corsair SPEC-03 Orange ATX Mid
PSU: Corsair CX 600W Semi-modular

Solution
I would pick MSI 970 GAMING ,Tier One-Class A board ,have nice heatsink ,6+2power phase would good for overclocking ,nice quality and good value.

Motherboard tier list: 970 chipset
Tier One-Class A: Very High quality. Great boards for OCing, have optional SLI capability but more importantly can OC FX 8 well, if you have to get a 970 chipset board, these will be your top choice. High quality, and no overheating issues.

Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($99.89 @ Newegg)
Total: $99.89
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
