MSI R7 250 1GD5 OC Graphics card detected as "Standard VGA Adapter", can't find drivers

Bought the card brand new from Newegg, popped the card in no problem and went to install the drivers from the disc, but could not. Went to AMD's website to try the auto-detect for drivers tool, and it said it could not find compatible hardware. Tried MSI's website, but I could not find any drivers for Windows Vista. Which is odd, because on the website and users manual, it says the card is Vista compatible. If anyone has the fix for this, please let me know.

Reboot did nothing to fix my issue, AMD Catalyst doesn't show any options for my video card whatsoever, and the install disc proves as unhelpful as ever. Still listed as Standard VGA Adapter, too. EDIT:
UNINSTALLED ALL AMD ANYTHINGS, REINSTALLED THE DRIVERS, REBOOT, IT WORKS NOW. Thank's for all the help, I wish I had some way to show my gratitude.
