PC Getting Disconnected from LAN

I use Windows 7 32 bit OS sytem which is currently connected to my office LAN (50 Computers approx.)
My PC is used to distribute virus definition updates to other systems through network folder.
System is getting disconnected from LAN randomly and I am unable to distribute virus definition updates.
I cant even access my shared folders from other systems.

I have disabled power management function for my network adapter
Pls if anyone have any suggestions your welcome.....

Try a different cable, and take care to insert it fully. Also, uninstall, and reinstall the driver for the LAN port.

There is no problem with the cable and I have reinstalled my LAN port drivers.I can connect to internet
but the network folders and shared folders are not accessible from other PC's in my LAN.

How is the LAN setup? What hardware connects the computers?

LAN Setup through multiple switches
Every Department has its own switch which are connected to Gateway
Only My PC has this problem
I use network folder to share the virus update definitions to other PC in LAN

Double check that the LAN port is ok, and connect via a wire to another network.

Sounds like this network needs a NAS to serve these updates.
