I want to play interesting games on my PC with Intel g41 chipset. I can even play them on low

Actually a quick google search shows that GPU is better than I thought:

Lots of older 2D games will run fine on that.
A good one worth a look is Open TTD (stands for Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe). http://www.openttd.org/en/
There are also loads of older games on GOG (good old games, just google them) that don't require high spec machines.
