So I do editing every fortnight, and it becomes very laggy and slow when rendering and rotoscoping. Upon looking at the task manager, I realise that I am using between 6.1GB and 7.8GB of my 8GB RAM in the system.
My question is: Will purchasing 8 more gigs of RAM speed up my editing times, and is it worth the expense?
If I choose not to get the upgrade I could spend the money on GTA V when it comes out...
