How i5-4460 integrated Graphics will run Saints Row 2?

On low settings, maybe. I know the i5 4600 integrated graphics can run bioshock 1 at a good framerate, but saints row 2 was a buggy, badly optimized game in addition to being open world so that will tax it more.

It will run on lowest settings if the FPS is not playable which i dont think will happen i think you will get around 25-30 FPS at low settings which is fine for smooth gameplay but in case the game is not playble then you have to drop the resolution for better results.

Yes, the integrated 4600 on the processor is more powerful than the 5450 by a good margin.
