HDDs: Need replacing
Case: AntecPlus 1080, looking to replace.

** Unable to post this with links to the above products for some reason. Sorry. Most of them were purchased at newegg so the descriptions should work there if something needs to be looked up.

I'm looking to replace the MB, GPU, HDDs and case. I prefer Win 7 over 8 and do not know of any reason I should switch, but I am open to suggestions if there is a valid reason I'd like to hear it. The PSU is a couple years old but seems to be in good shape. However, if there is a reason for replacing it I am again open to the suggestion. The case does not need to be anything special. I prize functionality over looks. I have keyboard, mouse and monitor in good condition so will be re-using those.

I'm looking for something that will allow me to play, with a decent graphics level, upcoming games like Star Citizen and Camelot Unchained. I'd prefer to keep the build under $1,000, but am open to suggestion as I stated above.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Shamar for the response. This may be an odd question, The G skill memory and the Corsair won't have any trouble working together will they?

I've seen mixing RAM work, but it is not recommended. You usually want to get same make model brand timings voltage etc. Even if you do get it to work, the problems can end up showing up down the line in many different, hard to diagnose ways

IF you do decide to mix them than you would need to set them to match eachother in the BIOS

You can do it, but it's less work and stress to just get 2 or 4 sticks of the same kind :D

EDIT: You can't do it with the corsair RAM you have. the G skill RAM and the Corsair have 2 different speeds (Yours is 1333mhz and g skill is 1600mhz). It would be pointless to do it because your current RAM would hold the g skill back. Sorry I just remembered this lol
