I'm having some trouble with my system. After changing a dead PSU, I tried booting it in a test rig, but all I got was the CPU fan (used the stock intel cooler) spinning, Asus' Q-Code display showing me the Post codes, but powers off after a few seconds. Sometimes it takes longer that other times. The last Q-Code is always 00 (Not Used).
I tried booting it with the following hardware:
*Asus Maximus VII Formula z97
*Intel i5-4690k
*HyperX Fury DDR3 16GB kit
*Corsair RM850
Does anyone have a similar problem?

What I tried:
*Clr CMOS
*Boot without RAM
*Put every RAM ram card in different slots
*Refitted CPU (No physical damage on socket or CPU)
*Reflashed BIOS
Summary:
Computer does not POST, and I can not get to the BIOS. PSU is new, and MB is 2 months old. No signs of electrical shortage, and no physical damage on any of the components. When Posting, I have no keyboard lights, and nothing on the screen.
