i had some ad-ware, malware etc.
i installed Trojan killer, it detected the files and it removed them all. and from that time my computer started working super slow ( 30 min to open internet browser). then in the next day screen was just black and i could see the mouse. then i tried to run it in safe mode and it was good. Now i want to factory settings my cracked windows 7 ultimate. i don't care about the files. i just want to re install it. Thank you

Lenovo G400.

Solution
The Lenovo G400 comes with the win8, I should check it out first, so if you install the win7 over the win8, you wiped the recovery partition just like hang-the-9 said, and the recovery partition is not there anymore. So you can't do the restore factory default settings.

i dont understand ''6. Click Lenovo Factory Image Restore.'' there is no such thing to choose.
there is
Startup repair
System Restore
System Image Recovery
Windows memory diagnostic
command prompt.

System Image Recovery should be the same thing as "Factory Image Restore".

The thing is you said you were using an illegal copy of Ultimate which may mean you wiped the existing recovery partitions. Use the same method to re-install Windows that you originally did, this forum won't help support cracked or pirated software.
