H100i vs H110 vs others, and best fan?

So, I built a new rig recently, and I was short on money so I overlooked the cooling completely (currently in my rig are the stock fans and stock cpu cooler), and now that I have some more cash to throw around, I'm looking to get a CPU cooler, and cooling for my case (air 540).
My CPU is an i7-4790K and I'm looking to get a H100i or H110 liquid cooler.
So, which is better?
And also, are there any better liquid coolers in the same price range?
Lastly, what fans should I use (3x 120mm or 140mm fans)

There are many cooler better than the H100i, and the h110 is not the best out of the 280mm aio's.

What I would look at is the Swiftech H220-x or H240-x. You can even add more radiator into the loop. It is basically a custom loop pre built for you.
Other aio options would be the Kraken X41 and X61.

The other option would be a Noctua NH-D15 as it performs better than most 280mm coolers and already has the best fans on the market on it.
