best aftermarket r9 270x cooler?

I would go with the Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo 2 (or 3, but the 2 is cheaper and there isn't much of a difference) http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186052

The fans are extremely quiet and the temperature will be lower than the stock cooling solution. This is about as much as I would spend on a mid-range card (in fact I installed 2 of these on a pair of Geforce GTX 460 cards a few years ago). If you do buy one make sure that you realize that the installation process is quite involved and requires patience.

I wouldnt bother investing any more money into that card.
The only thing besides the aftermarket coolers on the market worth using is the kraken G10 and a CLC.

Even then, it costs a bit much, and its a mainstream card, not really worth the extra investment.
