High ram usage

My PC physical memory is 44%. When I go into the performance tab the bar says 7.06 GB.

Here are my specs:
Motherboard: ASRock X99 Extreme6
CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K @3.3GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Ram: G.Skill DDR4 16GB @2400MHz
Power supply: Thermaltake 1000w - 80 plus Bronz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

In the task manger under the processes, at the bottom it says physical memory and mine is using 44% of it. I believe it is causing my BF4 to have bad fps drops.

I believe to was razer synapse which was RzMaelstromVADStreamingService.exe running in the back ground. I chose to have to not run on start up of my PC a few days ago around the 23 of December because it would lag some games I played. Some how it was running still so I uninstalled razer synapse, boom I went back down to 21% usage with 3.49 GB being used instead of like 8. I will give you all an update in a few days to let you know if it stays fixed.
