So, I was using my computer for photoshop then my computer crashed.
I restarted it but I was led to a black screen of death.
I rebooted into safe mode networking and it's working from there.
Then I restarted into normal mode, black screen.
Safe mode again and I uninstall my AMD 7800 series driver and rebooted it back into normal mode. It looks like normal mode is working, but I believe it is using the integrated Intel GPU.
On normal mode, I reinstall it the driver but it had to restart my computer, but black screen again.
So... I'm led to believe something is wrong with my GPU? Any idea how I can fix this?
I have also tried system restore into an earlier point (4 days ago), but no luck.
Fans of the GPU seems to be all working and it's receiving power. I hope it's not fried or broken?

It is XFX 7870 ATI Radeon 2GB for the model.
Any suggestions or tips of what I can try to get this card working again or to at least display something? I am using DVI ports on a 1080p monitor
Or how do I do a hard reinstallation of the GPU?

Update: I just reslot my GPU, made sure PSU wires are connected, and I did a hard reset of what XFX Troubleshooting told me by uninstalling driver, putting it into low resolution, then restart the computer.
After doing the XFX Troubleshooting, it's not a black screen anymore. It's a blue login screen with bunch of lines through it.

Well then... this sucks. Hopefully I can give the card back to XFX for warranty fix
