I toady overclocked my Sapphire R7 250X 1GB VGA

Default
Graphics clock 950Mhz
Memory clock 4500Mhz

Benchmark FPS 33.6
Min -7.6
Max 67
Score 846

Overclocked

Graphics clock 1135Mhz
Memory clock 5320Mhz

Benchmark FPS 39.6
Min - 17.7
Max 79.6
Score 997
max temperature 74 C (Fan 100%)
I increased the voltage by 10mV

When i Increased the graphics clock to 1145Mhz driver becomes unstable and benchmark crashes. Should I Increase the voltage further and try to push it further?? or should I satisfy with this?

Solution
Should you be satisfied with this? I really don't know. I'm not you.

In the end, as long as temps are fine, you can raise the voltage to achieve a stable frequency. Keep in mind that core and memory clocks have separate voltages (VDDC and MVDDC respectively), and MVDDC is not usually allowed to be changed.

Also, only raise the core or memory clocks first, and then move on to the second one. If you raise both and you have problems, you can't tell which one is problematic.
