I just ran 75ft worth of cat 6 cable to extend wifi from upstairs to downstairs

All scenario below are combos tested with the same cable.

Router WNDR3700

1. router connected to HP Procurve GB switch - Router blinking amber on ethernet port light switch no light

2. connect to Cisco 3560 POE that's only 100Mbps, blinking light no connection

3. Computer connected to hp Procurve Computer show lights, Switch no light

4. Computer connected to Cisco POE switch, I get connection @ 100Mbps and everything works fine

I loaned my cable tester out so I don't have it to test but this is the 1st time I've seen this issue. I've ran hundreds of cables and this is just weird

the only thing I can think of is the cable is snaked through the same opening where the 220V that powers my central air is in the crawlspace. Even so, i would imagine that there should still be a
connection through all devices and just lost packets or what not.

There were times when I had to tug the cable a bit to get it through. Is it even possible to have pulled apart something in the middle?

I've used this same cable to run shorter length 25-50ft and have no problem getting Gb. also from the same spool to 2 POE cameras @ 100ft no problem. For sure i know my distance isn't the problem.
