Hi,

I plan to buy a PC with following config, Please let me know if there is any other suggestions or comments

i5 4440 Haswell,
4gb corsair 1600
Asus - b85pro/ Gigabyte - GA-H97-D3H / Asus H97-PRO GAMER

Will be using for Gaming and running multiple web projects.

A pentium g3220 with a h81board would totally do for that gpu.

Not sure what you mean with VS2014, visual studio? There won't be visual studio 2014, the current version is 2013 and the next is 2015. In any case, you won't see much difference between either cpu with that gpu. But if you're compiling large project or rendering or want to add a new gpu later, the i5 4460 is an excellent choice. A b85 board would certainly do if you don't need extra usb 3.0 or sata 3.0 ports (and those the b85 boards have usually suffice). There is little need to get a h97 board for most users.
