try this...worked for me....

in component services disable " NVidia stereoscopic 3d service" and "nividia streamer service".
search disk for "eppoobe.etl" and delete it - It will be rebuilt on next boot....now reboot...
. once you're in the game, (just to be safe)
in game 'video options menu' turn off 'ambient occlusion'
AND you should be all set....give it a try ...good luck -- please select as best ans if works
