I am not a tech. I have a Powerspec PC with Windows 8. Asus Z77 Motherboard 16GB RAM. 2TB Seagate SATA drive.

Have A2 motherboard error problems and couldn't boot. Gets lights to keyboard and mouse, but can't get through POST. Did CMOS button reset and power resets with no effect. Now Just unplugged and replugged RAM and still no resolution. I only have the 1 SATA drive and have unplugged and replugged. No changes made to system ever. Have had it for about a year.
Any ideas??

Does your system have a speaker ? if so , you can tell which part is giving you error by the number of "beeps",
If not , unplug everything from you motherboard. I mean everything , ram , storage , DVD reader , mouse and keyboard just leave the monitor connected . If there's no error when you turn on the pc just starting adding stuff like ram a hdd.
