That's the ram I'm planning to buy (16gb) .

www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-10666cl9d-16gbxl

My motherboard is GA-H61M-DS2 that has only 2 slots for memory ram.www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4197#ov

Will this G. Skill ram be fine with my motherboard or problems can occure (maybe it's not compatible)?

Solution
Should work your board meets the requirements.

2 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory
* Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 2200(OC)/1333/:D1066/800 MHz memory modules
Support for non-ECC memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
* To support XMP memory, you must install an Intel 22nm (Ivy Bridge) CPU.
