Could you recommend a graphic card for my motherboard

Hi. I'm looking for a graphic card suitable for my computer. The one integrated with my motherboard is really laggy. I wonder if my computer would handle 2GB of graphics memory? Could you please recommend any specific model that would match my motherboard slot?

Intel core 2 duo 3.00ghz
4gb RAM
Win 7 - 64bit
3647h hp motherboard

A GTX 750 or 750Ti might work depending on your PSU and whether your motherboard allows it. I've had people in the past struggle to get a GPU to work with the HP boards.

What's your PSU? I need to know the wattage and the Amps (A) on the +12V rail(s)
