Why I Get Such Good Temps With Stock Cooler?

I have an I5-4460. Most people wonder why their temps are high but I wonder why mine are low (which is of course a good thing). I am doing intense video encoding right now and every core is at a constant 90%, and my temps do not go over 52 degrees with a stock cooler fan. I use Core Temp. Is this normal for a locked processor to have these lower temps?

Yes. And to the above the fan is noisy but I do not care about noise. When this computer was a web server previously, I adapted to sleeping near it with the stock Pentium fan (at the time) running constantly. So I am noise-proof.
