Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 1366/1150/1155/1156/2011 120mm
This is what I've been using the last couple years.
My fan recently started making clicking noise that would go away when I put the right amount of pressure on the center of the fan. I did some reading, and found it to be a minor issue. But I'm hoping for a possible solution if there is one.
And a question to those who owns this heatsink...if it came down to replacing the fan, can I replace it without having to take out the whole heatsink?

Yes, your cooler comes with an extra pair of clamps for a second fan and they are attach by normal screws. You only need to lift the clamps from the cooler and then under the rubber pads unscrew the 4 screws and replace the fan. There should be a ton of videos on youtube explaining the process since it is a wildly used cooler

Please try and bare with me, this is my first time trying to replace anything on my pc.
This instruction is to replace my fan without having to detach the heatsink from my motherboard?
I tried looking for instruction videos for replace the fan for this heatsink to no avail.
If someone can post one for me, it'd be really appreciated it.
