gigabyte z97x-sli with bios f3, will boot the i5-4690k?

Any 97 board should be able to boot the new devil's canyon CPU's. Or any of the other older LGA 1150 CPU's too, for that matter. When booting for the first time I would go ahead and flash the latest BIOS (if the latest version is not installed already) anyways. For your own peace of mind.
