My laptop randomly dropping fps?
I play a lot of Counter strike Global Offensive and ill usually get 200-300 fps. Just starting tonight I will start off a game just find and about 3-5 round (~10 minutes) My fps will drop down to 30-50 fps.
I am not running on power saver. I dont have any malware or viruses that would be hurting me. It could be cpu temp but everything is running just fine and my comp isnt hot at all. I updated my drivers (they were up to date anyway). My CPU usage is around 8%
Another thing I noticed is that when i hover over an app on my windows bar on the bottom of the screen, if it has multiples of it running ( like steam and steam messanger open) it will be REALLY slow. Like playing a game on 3 fps.
I have never had this happen to me before and Ive had this computer for around 2 years now. It can be time for another one can it?

-intel core i7-3630QM
-8 gb of ram
-intel hd graphics 4000
-Nvidia Geforce GT 650M
