Motherboard commector cord ripped out of place. Please help me!

I was taking apart my laptop and one of the white connectors with the tiny black red and white cords broke. The little black cord ripped out and without fixing this my laptop is broken and wont turn on. This happened a while back with the white cord on this exact same conmector and the guy who fixed it told me he stripped back the tubber part and put the cord back in but im not sure how to do that. Can someone please explain??
Im desperate here.

Yeah, that's all that really needs to happen but a good way to secure it would be nice. You want it to keep contact inside the pin and not ever stop touching while the computer is turned on. Have you run out of wire to even reach the connector anymore?

I would suggest if you are limited with what you have around you to just put the wire back inside the open pin, cover up any exposed wire with tape, and super glue (almost none, barely any) the wire to the connector so it cannot move out and plug it in to the header.

So how the connector works internally: There is a socket for the wire to be clamped down on and hold it in place. Apparently it was too loose because the wire kept coming out. It would be ideal to stick the wire in and...

Yes I have basic skills. But ill do whatever it takes. Just now i was able to strip the cable about a good inch with an exacto knife. Lucky on my part.. I have electric tape but not wire. But like i said my friend who did this for me in the past just stripped the wire then i guess put it back in? Im not entirely sure how he did it but thats what he told me.

Looks like the screen. When this happened to me in the past my laptop wouldnt turn on.

Thanks a ton! Ive been trying to put the cord into the connector but its not going in. Idk it it actually ripped inside and the other half is blocking the opening or im just failing at it. Ill keep trying and let you know. Ill rate u as the solution though after all this is done
