I have just got done building my new pc, using the optical drive, and HDD from my old system. The New pc starts up just fine, but when I hooked it up to my monitor, I don't get a VGA signal. My motherboard is an MSI 970, and does not have onboard graphics. My graphics card is a gtx650. Also, I am not getting a signal from my mouse or keyboard. I have checked the RAM by removing it and putting it back. I have checked the HDD, it is running. The card is secure, and the cards fan is running, proving that the card is getting power. The only thing wrong, is that I cant get power to my mouse or keyboard, and my monitor isnt getting a signal.

I found the problem, and it was that for some reason it wouldnt boot without the internal speaker. Once I got it started, the mouse and keyboard wouldn't power on. Then tah tured out windows didnt used to support usb 3.0
