General questions about a new build

OK, so I decided I desperately need a new gaming PC. I've been stuck with my Pentium D LGA775 CPU and 2GB of DDR2-667 RAM and a GT 210 for a few years now, and it's driving me nuts to not be able to get 30+ FPS with Low settings. I did research for a while, and came up with this:

CPU: i5 4460
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3-1600
MOBO: ???? (Possibly MSI H97M-G43)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
CASE: ???? (Corsair 200R?)
PSU: Corsair CX430M
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750 Ti

I know most people would suggest some compromise on the CPU in favor of a better GPU, but I play mostly CPU-intensive games, and that GPU is fine for most of my games. I might think of upping it to a 760, but only if I get really much suggestions of doing so.

I prefer NVidia and Intel, as my parents would probably freak out on how much power my PC uses if I go with AMD. Also, I prefer not to have a heater in my room, it gets hot enough in the summer :D

I have still not decided about the motherboard and case entirely, so I desperately need suggestions. I will not be OC'ing, so no Z-series is necessary. Price is a deciding factor for me, as I work for my PC and don't have shit tons of money to spend. I have looked at some other motherboards, including:
MSI H97-Gaming 3 (strongly considering this one)
MSI H97 PC MATE (don't like this one)
MSI H97 Guard Pro
ASUS H97 PLUS (heard good things about ASUS)
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H (that colour scheme...:??:)
Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3 (looks like a good replacement for the MSI version, though a bit more expensive in my country)

When it comes to cases I also looked around quite a bit before settling on the Corsair 200R, some cases that I considered:
BitFenix Comrade
BitFenix Neos
Corsair SPEC-01
Corsair 100R (if I can wait until it comes out)

In general, please tell me what you think of the parts, and also what motherboard/case I should consider, I would be very grateful as this is my first real build.

Corsair CX, CS and VS series are all very average power supplies. Corsair RM, TX, HX, AX are the better ones

What is your total budget? Only thing I would change is the PSU to something a bit higher quality. Of the motherboards you've listed I'd go with the ASUS but that's just me. Good choice of case.

Thanks, my budget is hard to tell you as parts are much more expensive in my country as in the US, this is probably almost the most I will be able to spend. The PSU, yeah, I can change it. I thought this one will be sufficient, but I might be wrong. What do you suggest? I've also slimmed down my choice of motherboards, currently considering the MSI and Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3, and the ASUS H97-PLUS. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it very much

This, the PSU is the only bad choice there I think. Are any of Seasonic / Superflower / XFX / Antec available in your country?

EVGA is almost nonexistant here as far as I can tell. Other, well, they are here, but a whole lot more expensive. Is the CX series really that bad? Is the CS series any better? I will not be doing any OC'ing, and not likely any big upgrades till I buy a complete new PC.

Because the i5 4460 is also very efficient. If you're just getting a 750ti then the cheap corsair PSUs, while not great, will be enough for you.

Although if you plan to upgrade your GPU in future you might want to look for a Seasonic unit or something

The CX430M is also semi-modular, which should help with your cabling.

750Ti: 60 Watts
i5: 84 Watts
<50 Watts for mobo, ram, drives and fans
150 watt headroom

344 Watts total.

So for now this is what I will get:

CPU: i5 4460
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3-1600
MOBO: Gigabyte H97 GAMING 3
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
CASE: Corsair 200R
PSU: Corsair CX430M
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750 Ti

Any more last-minute suggestions??
