So, i think my psu is making the same it does when im shutting the pc down. It's a sort of a click, dont know if i could really call it that. Maybe a beep, I'm not really sure what it is. The point is , every now and then(and it is quite often) i hear that same sound from my pc as if i was shutting it down. Could this be an issue?
I'd like to add that I've had no performance problems at all.

It could be hdd or the PSU but it could also be wires touching the fans . Make sure your wires are clear from any fans and try seeing some youtube videos on "wierd sounds from PSU" or something like that so if you can recognize any sound and then you could easily find an awnser

A clicking problem I have had in the past is my GPU fan (still currently have it but not for long) in which the fan baring on the gpu is broken and causes clicking and cracking sounds.

I would suggest replacing the psu anyway.

Think i havent made it clear. It's the sound all pc's (at least that i know of) make when shutting down if you know what I'm talking about? Except my pc does it when I'm not shutting down also...
My psu is new, as in 2 months old...It happened with my old one aswell....

the kind of pew pew sound?

Sorry only way I can describe it. I don't tend to think Thermaltake PSU's are that good. I would say you're better off with a XFX 750 psu, there's a modular one which is like $110, want a link?

Hmmm, maybe it could be described as a pew pew sound lol :D I dont think i need a psu change, i havent had any issues, plus this psu is waaaay overpowered for my pc anyway so i dont think it could be a problem(its 730w and the minimum for my pc is 500w). But the sound just kinda bugs me, i was wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing and could tell me why it's happening.

My first guess was something happening with the fan of the psu...I'll check if i can find a recording of the sound online, or if i can record it and post it myself so I'll show it to you. Otherwise I'll see in the bios if there is anything about the psu out of the options and such.
Thanks for all your input though, i'm very grateful!
