updated bios now nothings turning on

i have the msi h87-g43 motherboard and I updated the bios with mflash and it worked, but when I turn it on none of the peripherals turn on, not the keyboard, monitor, or mouse. is there any way to fix this?

Try resetting your CMOS. You can do this by holding down your Motherboard's CMOS Reset Button (if it has one) or by removing the CMOS Battery waiting 5 minutes and replacing it.
