Is 32Gb RAM at 2800Hz better than 64Gb RAM at 2666Hz

I am building a high-end gaming computer -- money really isn't the issue. But I am not sure about the RAM. What is the best RAM and how much is enough? I noticed that most responders say 8Gb is plenty then they sign their post with their build at 32Gb RAM. My build is shaping up to look like the following.
I-7 5960x
ASUS X99 RAMPAGE V
2xTitan Z
1500W Corsair AX1500i
4x Samsung 850 1Tb in RAID 5
LSI Mega RAID Internal 9260-8i (Will this make it run better?)
4K monitor
RAM?
Thanks for any help you can give on this build. What will be the bottleneck? What would make it perform better?

Solution
That's a massive waste of cash. You could spend a third the price and have something that [strike]costs[/strike]performs almost the same.

I don't even know where to start.

Just because someone has 32gig of ram in their sig what makes you think it's just used for gaming?
32gig is massively overkill for a gaming rig, your entire pc is massively overkill for a gaming rig.

Illogical?
You could spend a 3rd of the price on the cpu and achieve the same performance.
Same with the motherboard.
Sli scaling is terrible past 2 gpu's, the second titan z would literally go unused in 90% of the games out there.
4 way raid just for gaming?

Can't tell if this is just for trolls or what...
If this is legit then i'm sorry, you are spending far to much for so little gains.

It`s called bragging rights.

I doubt there`s gonna be any VISIBLE (as in visible FPS - monitor output) FPS difference between this build and something like an i7 4790k, 16 or 32 Gb RAM at 2133Hz, 2-way SLI 980s, SSD + HDD and 1000W PSU.
