Worth swapping a GTX 680 Gigabyte SOC for a GTX 780 Ti Gainward?

So... I have a GTX 680 SOC from Gigabyte with an i5 4670k and 8gb RAM. Basic mid range stuff. However I was wondering if it was worth spending my money on getting a GTX 780 Ti Gainward for £320 and then getting a Corsair H100i and overclock my CPU so it will be a bit over the mid range? It is worth the £420 just to play a few extra games such as Arma and COH:2?

(I also saw that the 680 has a better core clock than the 780 Ti but the 780 Ti has a better Memory clock and Memory. Would that mean there is not much difference because of the core clock?) - Thanks

P.S I will most likely sell the 680 SOC if I buy the 780 Ti)

Im not sure depends on how lucky you are. If you got a good chip maybe between 4.5-5.0ghz if you got a bad chip it may not overclock at all. All depends on the silicon lottery.

The 970 would be a much better value for money upgrade IMO.

What CPU do you have? I would recommend the H105 over the H100i, but if you just want to do some good overclocking for the money look at the CM Hyper 212 Evo, or Phanteks TC-12DX

Oh right. So I could just get a 970 for around £300/£320 with 4GB. And with a H105, what do you think I could overclock my i5 4670k to? P.S I have good airflow and COULD get a PUSH PULL config on the dual rad.

What do you think on the http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-msi-gtx-970-gaming-4g-twin-frozr-5-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1140mhz-boost-1279mhz-1664-cores-1x-dp-2x-d? It is around the same price as the rest (and I am a sucker for looks xD)
