Was changing a setting for overclocking (details in previous post link http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2465501/overclock-i3770k-ram-wont-stay.html#14992600 ) and the computer shut off. I reset the bios via taking out the battery and it didnt work. After taking out ram and doing other resets the computer wont turn on at all, i tried a different psu and still wont come on. Before it would turn on for a sec before going off. So idk the mobo has lighta that come on but doesnt go anywhere

i put my i3770k to 4.5 ghz without raising the voltage, the highest it can do is 4.2. which resulted in an automatic shutdown the moment the setting was changed in bios. but the bios wouldn't reset, i unplugged and took out motherboard battery for 20 mins and it didnt do it. i tried to reset by taking out ram, changing ram, trying with only 1 stick of ram, and none of these would reset it. before doing that it would come on for one sec and go off. now it wont turn on at all. the mother board has lights that come on but the computer doesnt come on. like i said ive tried another psu with the same result. could the motherboard just broke or something else i can do?
