so i got a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor, Black Edition recently and i need to update my bios cas its an am2+ Mob (overview) - http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2814&kw=GA-MA78GM-S2H1.1#ov
any way i got the flash drive formatted in fat 32 extracted the bios exe while it was in the flash drive its in a usb2 slot btw and when i hit end before boot up its only showing me my a drive aka floppy disk its not even showing me my flash drive i tryed to reformat the flash drive not even quick format i mean "format" it took forever but it still doesnt work what am i doing wrong?
