whats the difference between the MSI GTX 970 gaming edition and the 970 100ME

other than the colour and the backplate on the back of the 100ME card, whats the difference?
is the 100ME any way at all superior to the GE in terms of performance, like is the clock speeds higher?

The 100ME will come with "better components", backplate and a "special gift" over the GTX 970 and will be available at the end of January.
