So i had to do a re install of windows 7 because i was unable to boot windows now i am able to but i have no internet access when i go to device manager network adapter is completely gone and there is a yellow marker next to Ethernet controller and USB controller and are not working and the drivers aren't there any way to fix this?

You will need to download and install the drivers for your Ethernet device. It's best to download the drivers before you perform a Windows reinstallation, saving them to a USB memory stick or some other safe place, but in your case, it sounds like that wasn't possible.

Would you happen to know the make / model of motherboard, or if you have a pre-built system, the make / model of your computer? We can probably find drivers for you relatively easily provided we know what we're after.

While i have been talking to you my computer just crashed to a black error screen with some words on it that said hit alt ctrl del to restart so i restarted it and now i get a reboot and select proper boot device it wont even start up again. This was my original problem and i was told to re install windows but it seems like my OS wasn't the problem so now what.

Memory tests can be run outside of Windows. You will need to download and create a bootable device such as a USB memory stick or a CD which you use to boot the computer from.

The easiest method is going to be to download one of the pre-made .iso images and just burn it to a CD, then boot the computer with it and the tests start running on their own.
