I shut my computer off last night. Everything was fine. Tried booting it up today, it got to the Windows screen and froze. After about 5 minutes, it rebooted to the bios and did the same thing. I can't access Windows installation via my windows 7 CD, can't access startup repair. Help? Please.

So the freeze also happens while at BIOS? if so very likely is not a virus, but a hardware issue, most common cause is an overheating issue, leave the pc rest for 10-20min or so then turn it on and get into BIOS to monitor your CPU temps, better if you can get into windows and run HWMonitor to see all temps (CPU/GPU and Northbridge).

No, sir, sorry for the misunderstanding. When I turn on my computer, it loads fine up until the Windows 7 splash logo, the one with the four rectangle-looking shapes, and it's gradually getting bigger. It'll be stuck there for a while, and then it goes back to the BIOS and repeats the same thing. Windows does not work whatsoever past the splash logo. Was working fine last night when I went to bed around 11 pm.

Ive had issues with my bios corrupting in unusual situations. For some reason it will dump the RAID bios setting for sata and move to IDE. PC boots, gets to windows, and it gets very confused from there because it cant find the os installation. Check those settings and maybe try resetting bios. Generally this is a hardware issue. Ive had issues where usb drives and controllers prevent windows from booting.

Hm.. I attempted to boot Windows, andit did the same thing. After a few minutes, I believe I flashed.. but when it flashed, I thought I saw the BSOD? And then it goes straight to the BIOS and does the same thing. =/

Apologies for he double post. It's a blue screen of death, I'm unable to determine the text though. I suppose I could take a video of it and stop it to see what it says, in fact I'll do so. Any help/tips whilst I'm doing so?

The problem could be due to a change in the BIOS settings on the SATA mode like coovargo said, enter BIOS by pressing repeatedly F1/F2 or del key as soon as you turn on the PC. Once in BIOS look for "Storage" settings, possibly under Advanced settings (it varies from BIOS to BIOS), once you find something regarding "SATA mode", set it to AHCI, press F10 to save and exit and restart your pc, hopefully this will get you back into windows.
