PC Locks Up Randomly, Shuts down by itself

Greetings. Here's my problem.

Basically, my computer is having random freezes and abrupt shutdowns. The issue before was that my pc would freeze if only a youtube video is played or any flash content, but now it became much worse. I can't count how many times it frozed. This also happens in safe mode.

Things I have tried:

Checked the temps of gpu and cpu with CoreTemp, Speedfan and GPUZ. No spikes visible before being frozen. Keyboard and mouse can't be moved. Nor clicking Caps Lock shows no light turned on. Done a memory test (not the DOS one), shows no error. Cpu Burn in test passed. Loading optimized default in Bios. Reformatted computer. (I taught it would work and freeze would be eradicated. Still happens.) I can't really determine what is the problem. My best bet would be either the psu or mobo. I recently updated to AMD's Omega Driver last 3 weeks ago. (Also, when I reformatted it today)

Anyone can help me with this? Losing hope..

Computer Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5-4570
Motherboard: Asus B85 Pro Gamer
RAM: 8 GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X 1866 Mhz
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 600W
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X Toxic

Can't get pass downloading AI Suite 3. Shuts down before it even finishes. Abrupt shutdowns is getting more common than freezes.

Update: Got passed dl but setup won't show up. Using CoreTemp instead. Idle.

Core 0: 32 min 35 max
Core 1: 32 min 35 max
Core 2: 32 min 35 max
Core 3: 30 min 33 max

@i7baby I tried opening up my computer and replacing the thermal paste of the processor. Seems like it lessen the freezes, but the freeze still happens randomly. The pc shutting down by itself, haven't seen it yet.

About the beep I get from POST. I hear a short beep every boot-up. In the link you gave, it's DRAM Refresh Failure or in many forums I've visited.. a clean boot-up. So it's still tricky to know.

I decided to just post my voltage reading in HWMonitor. If you can look if it's normal or not.

Update: Since I reformatted, the power setting in Advanced Mode on Processor tab is set to Minimum 5% which clocks my i5 at 799 mhz. I set it to 100% (due to extensive research on why its mhz is low) Suddenly I get the normal 3 ghz running and the pc shuts itself down.

@Calvin7 Those system requirements of Sapphire is to prevent people from getting low powered psu. Making the requirements over the normal.

Done cmos reset by removing battery. Turbo mode is on as usual, turned it off and took a look at HWMonitor. Still the vcore stays at 1.7

Does this issue only points to the motherboard?

Regarding the ram, I ran a memtest upto its last phase. All with passing remarks.

I have a question, does this mean that my power supply is running good according to the voltages?

I tried updating the bios to the latest one. Whenever I set the VCORE that says 1.7 at the left and a box to insert a value. I tried inserting 1.1, whenever I save it. It always go into black screen so I have to hard reset and the next boot up always show Overclocking Failed. I even tried it a bunch of times. The only one that I can set without the overclocking error is the "CPU Core Voltage Override". the other vcore option won't even budge. It stays at 1.7.

Still experiencing random freezes. I'm losing hope.
