As the title stated. Example: World of Warcraft open, or ANY game full screen on one monitor. then youtube video 1080P onto the other with the window maximized (not full screen), or twitch.tv stream. same goes with full screen, my game screen lags... but if i make the browser size even 1 pixel smaller than the screen, the lag completely stops. runs as if it wasn't open. any reason why? also adding extra 2+ monitors causes no lag either. this is my off system, but its quite powerful so im pretty sure it could handle this? also all temps below 40-30c. also tried swapping the programs to the other monitor. same thing.

Do your monitors run at different resolutions? IE One is 1920x1080 and one is 1600x900? What brand/model are the monitors?
Are you using Windows 7? Try switching your theme to basic, is the lag still...

What browser are you using? I used FireFox and would have this issue all the time. I switched to Chrome and it went away. Firefox handles plugins strangely. Also does setting the quality lower help at all?
I suggest updating Adobe Flash
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
and Adobe Shockwave

using chrome. tried firefox/IE. everythings up to date, reinstalled drivers etc. also no, even 320p causes lag.. lowering all settings.. if there are two applications. using up the full screen, it lags.

Also if you have Geforce Experience installed, try removing it and see if it disappears.

geforce experience was the cause, ty! just to answer, both same brand of monitor/res and basic didn't help.

Nice! Geforce Experience loves to cause problems. GLHF
