I have windows 7 on my 60GB SSD. As of right now i only have 668 mb of free space left! The windows folder takes up 19.2 GB while the other folders take up 5.72 GB (including appdata). I have no idea why the ssd fills up and with what. I do have some programs on the ssd aswell like razer synapse and nvidia geforce experience.

Hi

Do you have a SSD + Hard disk or just a SSD?

Restore points can use up a lot of space.
Clear them out and set maximum space they can use.
Similarly empty the Recycle Bin & reduce space allowed

Did your system come with W 7 SP1 or W7 and latter sp1 installed.
The backup directory for W7 may still be there.

ccleaner can help clear out temporary files

IE & other browsers locally store files which were viewed and need clearing out from time to time

Honestly 60 GB is not large enough for a Windows drive.

As for the missing space, have you checked to see how much space system restore is using?

To cleanup things I prefer Bleachbit, which is a free program. CCleaner is a bit more user friendly, but doesn't tend to get as much as Bleachbit. I suggest you run one of these.

I have a 2tb hdd wich i have my programs and games on aswell. But on the ssd i only have windows and some programs wich i couldn't choose to install on my other hdd. And how exactly do you find the restore point files and how to you restrict the space they can take up?

Sry i didn't see you posted links to it ;)

I just deleted the restore points and it solved my problem :D Now i have 26 gb of free space on the SSD!
Thanks everyone for the quick answers :)

60Gb has been enough for me until now, i've usually had 10-20 gb free space on the sdd. It's only now it have started to fill up. But would you recommend getting a new ssd to have windows on insteed? And how big do i need if i would buy a new ssd?

Windirstat pointed to radio streaming! I had 60Gb temp files in the temporary folder of IE.
What I cannot understand, is that I set the IE to delete history and temp files on exit, which it obviously doesn't do.
