I’m currently looking into building my own pc. I’m willing to spend one thousand eur. This is on everything that is needed including a good 20inch HD 60hz monitor a gamming mouse and a key board. I want to keep a consistent frame rate of 60fps while playing games like Skyrim on ultra with some texture mods, Battle field 4 on ultra, Crysis basically games that have really good graphics and be able to play them smoothly on full HD settings.
I need some tips on what parts to look into and if it’s possible to build the type of pc I’m looking for on my budget. Also some suggestions on reading material that will help me get a better understanding on how everything works would be nice. If there is anyone willing to give me a list of parts to research that would be helpful.

An aftermarket cooler would be quieter and more efficient but It's not necessary unless you're going to overclock. The stock one will work fine with this build.
