My current PC broke and we decided to just buy a whole new PC from scratch. No need for monitors. Primarily my budget ranges from Php 30-35K, but I can probably (not sure though) extend it to Php40K tops. Any suggestions? Thanks

Philippine prices please. ;)

I just need a CPU. No need for any monitors or keyboards. I got the OS handled. Just a complete CPU rig. I don't think I will be buying online. So I would still check around for how much the rig would cost in different computer retail stores in my area. :D

You want a pc. A cpu is only one of the components of a pc.
Could you still tell me a reliable website to see what the prices look like in phillipines? prices vary a lot from the united states. Otherwise, assuming everything costs the same, I would recommend this:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DHMnCJ

Also, do you need an ssd? Because if not, You could get a better graphics card.

Thanks dude. Btw I can just salvage my 1 TB storage from my previous PC, so I would love to get a better video card. Oh and here's a website :http://pcx.com.ph/

Thanks again bro :)

Alright, then I would suggest the exact same build. If you can wait until the 22nd of january, the gtx 960 is coming out. It will cost about 200-250 dollars. Or you could get an r9 290 if you find one cheap. DO NOT BUY THE REFERENCE VERSION WITH 1 FAN though, it overheats a lot and is nosiy like an airplane.

Thanks, I prefer Nvidia GPUs. I'm actually buying this summer since I'll get enough money from work to buy one. So yeah. I'll try to get the GTX 960. :D
