I can only move my mouse at times. It may work for 20 minutes and be faulty the other 10 or it may be unmovable all the time long. I can still press both clicks change dpi and scroll the problem is that i cannot move. Is it a hardaware problem or is there a fix ?

Two possibilities I can think of:
1. If it is an ancient mouse with a ball then it may well need cleaning.
2. If it is an optical mouse then strong daylight can interfere with the sensor in some of them. Solution - don't use in direct sunlight.
If neither of these apply then I'm guessing that it's time for a new mouse.
