ahh... if you plan to overclock? it will manage with some of those games.

-farcry4 is a studderfest on any pc, with some patches it might run well
-dayz doesn't run well on AMD cpus... you need an overclocked intel for it
-watchdogs doesn't run well on ANYTHING, especially Nvidia gpus so i'm not sure what type of experience you'll get with it, they might have fixed this issue with a patch, but i haven't seen any mention of it. the cpu should be fine but i'm not sure about the gpu (that is a platform issue, for some reason, though it's an nvidia gameworks title, it runs worse on nvidia gpus, don't know what to tell you).

It will run everything just fine although I would switch to a Intel i5 for better performance.
Buy a better power supply the one you picked is garbage the B1 series are junk.

That build looked decent till I seen the cheap memory 11 timings and the CX power supply is junk.

Better memory for the same price why buy the crap with 11 timings. http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=44267&vpn=F3%2D12800CL9D%2D8GBRL&manufacture=G%2ESkill&promoid=1413
For the power supply it not the Watts that is in question but the very low quality and high fail rate of the junk CX series.
Buy a good power supply the first time.

At least till its cheap caps pop in about a year. The EVGA 750w B2 is only $5 more and its a far superior unit.

The slower ram will affect gaming but the difference will only be a couple of fps, but considering the good stuff costs about the same might as well get the free performance boost.

I have personally seen too many failures to ever recommend these units. I bought 5 for lower powered budget builds builds 4 failed and the 5th got shelved. A friend of mine is on his 3rd 750w CXM unit in 2 years. Seen a dozen or so go through a buddy's shop, aswell as the multiple failures I have seen on these forums. Most of the other experts on this site agree they should be avoided. The only good thing I can say if for all the failures i have yet to see one fry hardware, so atleast the protection circuits are good.

They work fine, yes, but they are not god PSUs. You would think "Oh it's corsair it must be good", but that is not the case.

EVGA (current ones, not the best, but alright)
XFX
Seasonic
and Rosewill Capstones are all good ones.

With EVGA the original series(b1, g1) aren't that good but the current series(B2, G2, and P2) are all great units made by Super Flower.

For gaming the 4770 is overkill and to expensive. The 4690k is considered by most the sweetspot for gaming cpu's.
