A reasonable build.
Perhaps a bit short for a gamer on the graphics card.
A GTX960 is due out soon, look at that.
The psu you picked is a good one, capable of running even a GTX980.

I am not so hot on FX for gaming, the cores are relatively slow, and more than 2-3 cores are not that helpful.
But, the FX-6300 is a fair choice from this report:
