For that price I'd suggest either the Cooler Master Devastator or the Cooler Master Octane. They're excellent keyboards for the price (don't dream of mechanical ones) with rubber-dome switches. I love my Octane, especially the green color mode.
One of the disadvantages of both these keyboards is the fact that, without the backlight, the keys are not very well perceptible, but that shouldn't be a problem.
