Is my Pc worth of upgrading from dual to quad core?

Hello i wanna to know is my pc worthy to upgrade from Not soo old Pentium Dual core 3.2ghz to quad core 3.0ghz with theese specs;
cpu Intel Pentium Dual core 3.2Ghz Unlocked
motherboard; Asus p5g41-m lx/2 gb DDR3 Version
Ram 4gb Trascend 800 and 667 mhz dual channel
gpu Amd radeon r7 250 xfx (with cooler)
Psu 400w

A "Not so old" CPUs is not an upgrade option because all Core 2 Duo or Quads are old.. but you could still expect around a 2.5 times the increase in speed from a Core 2 Quad CPU from the Q or X series. That's if you can find one... eBay seems the most likely place to find one.

Yes i have been searching for while and it seems that quad core is good It has 3.0Ghz with 12mb chache it will handle till 7th month then ill buy gaming rig for 1.200$ and ill upgrade from 32bit windows to 64bit cause i didnt do earlier cuz i was out of money.PS. i have 1266 Ram
