my only 2 suggestions would be option for a 120gb ssd drive for operating system and your power supply is a little low i'd opt for a 650 watt or better as to what watts your running now an future options for upgrades

Much better graphics card. Processor is great, and since you don't want to overclock, the FX would be wasted. Better power supply.
