I have a metal CM Stryker full tower.
Recently when I went to put my hand on the back side of it to test how warm the fan was after a graphic intense game, it gave off a slightly ouch shock when my index finger touched the metal grate over the fan.
Is the hardware safe from this static shocked location? and if so is it safe for it to take a shock anywhere on the outside of it?
