So for Christmas, I got a new case to go with my new graphics card. I moved everything over to the new case (card isn't installed yet), and my monitor and all usb ports stopped working. The only thing that has changed its the case and psu (it's good because the computer turns on), and I can confirm that everything worked with my old case only a few minutes ago. I have the 20+4 pin plugged in as well as the 6 pin cpu plug. The only case cords that aren't plugged in come from the front panel. I'd appreciate any help because I was really looking forward to setting everything up.

There should be no 6 pin CPU plug. It will either be a 4 pin, 4+4 pin, or an 8 pin. It sounds like you may be using the PCIe 6 pin cable instead.
Also, check to be sure none of the I/O backplate metal grounding tabs are sticking in one of the ports.
